Marine Simulation and Simulators Product Family

MarSim Maritime Simulation and Simulator Product Family is a national and uniquely designed and developed maritime product family in order to ensure that seafarers receive training at the highest level of proficiency and increase their efficiency level as much as possible.

MarSim; It consists of a new generation ship bridge simulator, tugboat simulator, emergency response simulator, ship traffic simulator and virtual reality based ship bridge simulator. With MarSim simulators, individual trainings can be given as well as joint trainings. Containing various training scenarios, MarSim family products provide training in compliance with the International Convention on the Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping of Seafarers (STCW).

Full Mission Bridge Simulator (STCW Certified)

The Bridge Simulator has been developed to support the training to be given in order to enable the Seafarers and Pilots to acquire the skills specified in the Training and Examination Directive. It has the training certificate of STCW and provides the necessary standards. Nationally developed Ship Dynamic Model, Image Generator, ECDIS, ARPA Radar and VHF simulators were used in the Bridge Simulator.
It has a high quality image generator that provides a realistic 3D educational environment. In this way, different weather conditions and wave heights can be modeled. With its realistic dynamic model, many environments can be reflected, including shallow water and narrow water effects. Rope and anchor tensions are calculated with high precision. Our own ships of 40 commercial and military types in the simulator and Training can be provided with more than 100 target ships. Simulator 3D environment can create images from 225 degrees to 360 degrees using LED screens or projectors.

Tug Simulator (STCW Certified)

MarSim Tug Simulator can be configured to support towing ships in oceans or ports. Towing exercises may include one or more towing boats, towlines and reins for boats needing assistance in the training scenario. Tug simulation makes tug training risk-free and cost-effective as well as providing realistic training experiences in real-life scenarios.

Capabilities
- Coastal and offshore towing,
- Ship assistance,
- High speed escort work
- Oil rig and platform movements

- SAR and Emergency
- Close quarter multiple tug maneuvers
- Integrated tug master and pilot training

Sea Pollution Spread and Cleanup Simulation

Our Pollution Spill Response Simulator assists in training crew on the use of emergency response equipment and where the pollution spill will proceed during potential spill response operations for both the ship crew and the ground command center.
Emission materials are grouped under 4 main categories: Petroleum/Fuel/Oil, Chemical, Bilge and Solid Waste/Plastic. Pollution materials are listed under these main categories. For example; There are approximately 1600 different types of materials under the petroleum/fuel/oil category. During the trainings, many information such as cleaned, evaporated, precipitated, mixed, burning, dissolved, etc., can be shown as reports, depending on the dispersion material.

VR Based Bridge Simulator (STCW Certified)

The purpose of the virtual reality classrooms is to maintain and develop the competencies and abilities of the "Bridge Shift Personnel" who will work on all surface platforms that are in or will be included in the inventory. The main differences that distinguish virtual reality systems, which offer more realistic training environments to the trained personnel than desktop simulator systems with real consoles and hardware, from the classical “Bridge Training Simulators are as follows: there is no need for a physical console, thus creating a more effective and mobile training environment with less cost. It is possible, the trained personnel feel in a more realistic training environment and thus, the adaptation of the trained personnel to the real task area is faster and easier, individual, team and joint trainings can be given by selecting more than one ship, different virtual environments and scenarios with a single simulator. a ship can be integrated into the simulator in a very short time and cost-effectively by our company.

ARPA Radar Simulator

The radar simulator offers an infrastructure that can be used for simulating the use of radars used on the bridge and for what purpose and for related trainings.
ARPA radars operating in the X vs S band are visually simulated. While creating this image, all factors affecting the real radar image such as pulse length, range selection, weather conditions are evaluated. Our ARPA Radar simulator; Ability to operate in X and S bands, short, medium, long wavelengths, manual and automatic target tracking, viewing at least 60 ARPA contacts, CPA/TCPA/BCR/BCT, creating safety zones, test maneuver, target and historical traces of our own ships It has capabilities such as displaying parallel index lines, displaying AIS information about contact, EBL and VRM display, North Up, Head Up, Course Up, True Motion and Relative Motion display modes, Real / Relative vector and track information display.

ECDIS Simulator

The ECDIS simulator is a computer-based navigation system that supports up-to-date electronic maps in accordance with IMO and SOLAS rules for civil surface platforms. The ECDIS simulator provides the relevant navigation personnel with the ability to plan a safe route and follow the route by continuously determining the position of the ship according to the land, navigation aids and invisible dangers by using the instantaneous information it receives from the navigation systems.

GMDSS Simulator

The MarSim Global Maritime Distress Safety System (GMDSS) simulator is a simulator that helps trainees understand and train on how to operate marine search and rescue devices through Emergency Positioning Radio Beacons (EPIRB) and radar SARTs in marine hazards.
Certified to Class A standard, our MarSim-GMDSS Simulator has the functions of VHF radio, NAVTEX receiver, SART, 406 MHz EPIRB and two-way VHF portable radio on GMDSS equipped ships.
The MarSim-GMDSS simulator complies with STCW requirements for NAVTEX, Inmarsat C, Inmarsat Fleet-77, EPIRB, SART, VHF DSC Radio, MF/HF DSC Radio, Portable VHF Radio, Radio Telex (NBDP), and Maritime Safety Information (MSI) and fully compliant with standards.
